| Abstract(esp): | Tanto a nivel nacional el Ministerio de Trabajo como internacional la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) buscan que las empresas tengan un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, puesto que esto representa beneficios para empleadores y empleados. Siendo así, en el presente trabajo buscamos Diseñar el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, teniendo en cuenta el decreto 1072 de 2015 y la resolución 0312 de 2019 en la empresa SOLUCIONES Y OPERACIONES LOGISTICAS INDUSTRIAL SAS ZOMAG, cuya sigla: SOL INDUSTRIAL S.A.S, un holding empresarial, el cual tiene su sede principal en el municipio de Puerto Asís Putumayo. |
| Abstract(eng): | Both at the national level, the Ministry of Labor and internationally, the International Labor Organization (ILO) seek that companies have an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, since this represents benefits for employers and employees.
