| Abstract(esp): | El presente estudio se llevó a cabo en una IPS de Medicina Laboral en la ciudad de Medellín, Antioquia. Su objetivo principal fue la identificación de las fallas más comunes en la atención en salud y el riesgo de presentar el Síndrome de Burnout dentro del personal asistencial de la institución. | Abstract(eng): | The present study was carried out in an IPS of Occupational Medicine in the city of Medellín, Antioquia. Its main objective was the identification of the most common failures in health care and the risk of presenting Burnout Syndrome within the institution's care staff.
