| Abstract(esp): | El municipio de Medio Baudó es una comunidad completamente abandonada en servicios de salud por su difícil acceso, tomando como referencia los informes arrojados por el Sistema de Vigilancia en Salud Pública (SIVIGILA) se ve la necesidad y surge la idea de llegar a ella, identificar sus principales problemas y brindar espacios donde se interactúe con la comunidad y ofertarle los servicios profesionales. Del mismo modo se quiere implementar la iniciativa de llevar los servicios médicos a través de brigadas y jornadas de salud, con un enfoque diferencial dirigido a las familias, comunidades y resguardos indígenas que habitan en corregimien tos alejados de la cabecera municipal; que se les imposibilita poder acceder a un derecho tan fundamental como es tener acceso salud. |
| Abstract(eng): | The municipality of Medio Baudó is a completely abandoned community in health services due to their difficult access, taking as reference the reports released by the Public Health Surveillance System (SIVIGILA), the need is seen and the idea of reaching it arises, identifying its main problems and providing spaces where interaction with the community and offer professional services.
