| Abstract(esp): | En la ejecución de la responsabilidad social universitaria del programa de arquitectura de la UCM, se desarrolló este proyecto como trabajo de grado para una comunidad en la que se trabajó desde el primer semestre del 2023. El objetivo fundamental es proponer el diseño urbanístico del sitio donde la comunidad y instauraron la fundación y el parque Comunativa Huertas Urbanas. Basado en el POT del municipio de Manizales, el territorio es parte del macroproyecto planeado por la Empresa de Renovación Urbana de Manizales (ERUM), que dejó el proyecto a medio ejecutar, desplazando personas y sin cumplir los planes de desarrollo. Uno de los predios del parque lineal de San José coincide con el parque de la fundación, existente desde 2011, ofreciendo una oportunidad para integrar ambos proyectos. |
| Abstract(eng): | In the execution of the university social responsibility of the architecture program at UCM, this project was developed as a degree project for a community in which we worked since the first semester of 2023. The main objective is to propose the urban design of the site where the community and established the foundation and the park Comunativa Huertas Urbanas. Based on the POT of the municipality of Manizales, the territory is part of the macro-project planned by the Empresa de Renovación Urbana de Manizales (ERUM), which left the project half executed, displacing people and not complying with the development plans. One of the lots of the San José linear park coincides with the foundation park, which has existed since 2011, offering an opportunity to integrate both projects. |
