| Abstract(esp): | Las aguas residuales son efluentes líquidos altamente contaminantes producto de diferentes procesos y actividades domésticas e industriales que causan impactos ambientales al recurso hídrico y suelo, en caso de no ser dispuestos adecuadamente. Así mismo, representan una amenaza para los seres vivos debido a su alta toxicidad. Las propiedades físicas y químicas del agua del cuerpo receptor, el cual es aprovechado para consumo humano y diferentes sistemas productivos, dependen de la naturaleza de las aguas residuales y los tratamientos utilizados para su depuración. |
| Abstract(eng): | Wastewater is highly contaminating liquid effluent product of different domestic and industrial processes and activities that cause environmental impacts to water resources and soil, if they are not disposed of properly. Likewise, they represent a threat to living beings due to their high toxicity. The physical and chemical properties of the water in the receiving body, which is used for human consumption and different production systems, depend on the nature of the wastewater and the treatments used for its purification. |
