| Abstract(esp): | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y la percepción de la calidad de los servicios de salud en el Hospital Departamental Mario Correa Rengifo en febrero 2020 a enero 2021. El clima organizacional es una de las variables que más impacta en los empleados para el desempeño de sus labores Debido a esto es importante que los empleados tengan conocimiento de las actividades pertinentes al trabajo, el cumplimiento y desarrollo de estas, así como la retroalimentación de la información en la ejecución de las labores cotidianas |
| Abstract(eng): | The objective of this project is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the perception of health quality services at the Mario Correa Rengifo Departmental Hospital from February 2020 to January 2021. The organizational climate is one of the variables that impacts employees the most regarding performance of their tasks. Because of this it is important that employees have knowledge of the activities relevant to their jobs, fulfillments and development conditions, as well as the feedback of information in the execution of daily tasks.from recognized databases, from which 84 articles are selected and classified, for the identification of objectives and evidence that allow to deepen the knowledge on the subject |
