| Abstract(esp): | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y la percepción externa de la calidad de los servicios de salud en la ESE Hospital Jorge Cristo Sahium. El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue el cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, y las técnicas apropiadas para la recolección de la información fueron el cuestionario sobre mi trabajo, al igual que el cuestionario Servqual de tipo escala Likert. Como resultado del trabajo desarrollado se presentan que, en cuanto a las subvariables de clima organizacional, se genera una percepción más positiva que negativa en torno a estas, pero deja un resultado importante en tanto a la visión negativa |
| Abstract(eng): | The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and external perception of the quality of health services at the ESE Hospital Jorge Cristo Sahium. The methodological approach used was the quantitative, descriptive type, and the appropriate techniques for collecting the information were the questionnaire about my work, as well as the Servqual questionnaire of the Likert scale type. As a result of the work carried out, it is presented that, in terms of the organizational climate subvariables, a more positive than negative perception is generated around them, but it leaves an important result in terms of the negative vision |
