| Abstract(esp): | El clima organizacional en las entidades de salud, representa una herramienta estratégica que favorece al progreso continuo de la empresa, ya que por medio de ese análisis se pueden identificar factores importantes que conlleven a mejorar la calidad de los servicios médicos a los usuarios, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar el impacto del clima organizacional en la percepción de los usuarios acerca de la calidad de la prestación de los servicios en la Organización Vihonco IPS. Se realiza por medio de un estudio descriptivo y de variables que se llevará a cabo a través de cálculos, dándole un enfoque cuantitativo que mediante recolección y análisis de datos dará respuesta a la pregunta inicial de investigación, es por esto que se realiza el proyecto investigativo en organización Vihonco IPS, donde la fuente de información se deriva de la percepción de los usuarios acerca de la atención y prestación de los servicios de salud. |
| Abstract(eng): | The organizational climate in health entities represents a strategic tool that favors the continuous progress of the company, since through this analysis it is possible to identify important factors that lead to improving the quality of medical services to users, the present The study aims to identify the impact of the organizational climate on the perception of users about the quality of the provision of services in the Vihonco IPS Organization. It is carried out through a descriptive study and variables that will be carried out through calculations, giving it a quantitative approach that through data collection and analysis will answer the initial research question, which is why the research project is carried out in Vihonco IPS organization, where the source of information is derived from the perception of users about the care and provision of health services. |
