| Abstract(esp): | La siguiente investigación se realizó por medio de un estudio descriptivo con enfoque retrospectivo en el cual se desarrolló una matriz de variables sencillas ,con el propósito de evaluar y caracterizar los eventos adversos que se presentaron en el centro de salud Manuel Elkin Patarroyo del municipio de Otanche – Boyacá, dentro del periodo del 2020 para identificar y describir los factores incidentes en la aparición de dichos eventos adversos y a su vez la elaboración de una matriz de riesgos con base en la documentación proporcionada por la entidad. A partir de esta información se logró determinar los diversos factores y situaciones que ocurrieron durante la atención del paciente y la vinculación del personal de la salud de las distintas áreas (asistencial como administrativa) con dichos eventos. |
| Abstract(eng): | The following research was carried out through a descriptive study with a retrospective approach in which a matrix of simple variables was developed, with the purpose of evaluating and characterizing the adverse events that occurred at the Manuel Elkin Patarroyo health center in the municipality of Otanche - Boyacá, within the period from 2020 to identify and describe the incident factors in the appearance of said adverse events and in turn to prepare a risk matrix based on the documentation provided by the entity. From this information, it was possible to determine the various factors and situations that occurred during patient care and the involvement of health personnel in the different areas (healthcare and administrative) with these events. |
