| Abstract(esp): | El desarrollo de medios pedagógicos de difusión de la información científica respecto a las amenazas presentes en los territorios es de vital importancia para la realización de acciones de tipo preventivo y reactivo ante riesgos presentes en los mismos, toda vez que contribuyen a la reducción del riesgo y a mejorar el conocimiento social existente alrededor de las amenazas de carácter natural; dependiendo de esta, la respuesta que tanto las instituciones como la comunidad puedan dar en un momento es determinante, toda vez que la educación y el aprendizaje juegan un papel determinante en la construcción de imaginarios sociales respecto a las amenazas del entorno: muchas veces, el conocimiento sobre el riesgo se encuentra fundamentado en sistemas de creencias que no son los adecuados y que pueden ser contraproducentes para la reducción del riesgo desde la prevención. |
| Abstract(eng): | The development of pedagogical means of dissemination of scientific information regarding the threats present in the territories is of vital importance for the realization of preventive and reactive actions in the face of risks present in them, since they contribute to the reduction of risk and improve existing social knowledge around threats of a natural nature; Depending on this, the response that both the institutions and the community can give at a given moment is decisive, since education and learning play a decisive role in the construction of social imaginaries regarding environmental threats: many times, the Knowledge about risk is based on belief systems that are not adequate and that can be counterproductive for risk reduction through prevention. |
