| Abstract(esp): | El requerimiento legal de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) es un proceso multidisciplinario que protege al trabajador, controla el índice de accidentes y las enfermedades laborales en Colombia, teniendo como objetivo identificar o reducir las condiciones de riesgos y peligros que se puedan ocasionar durante el desarrollo de actividades realizadas en la empresa y por lo cual se establecen controles de mejora para aquellas situaciones que se puedan presentar y afectar la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores. Así mismo, la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) permite crear procesos administrativos y operativos más eficientes, los cuales están enfocados a proteger las políticas de la empresa, servicios de calidad y la integridad de sus trabajadores. |
| Abstract(eng): | The legal requirement of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) is a multidisciplinary process that protects the worker, controls the rate of accidents and occupational diseases in Colombia, with the objective of identifying or reducing the conditions of Risks and dangers that may arise during the development of activities carried out in the company and therefore improvement controls are established for those situations that may arise and affect the safety and health of workers. Likewise, the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) allows creating more efficient administrative and operational processes, which are focused on protecting company policies, quality services and the integrity of its workers. |
