| Abstract(esp): | Se presume la existencia de falencias considerables que revisten diferentes riesgos para las empresas y sus colaboradores del sector de la construcción en la región caldense, en cuanto a la aplicación del SG-SST. Por tanto, este desarrollo académico pretende establecer la viabilidad de una empresa que propenda por la solución efectiva de estas inexactitudes generando oportunidades de crecimiento empresarial, económico y social de los actores involucrados. Si bien el objetivo es consolidar una empresa rentable, la intención inicial es dar pie a unas condiciones de trabajo dignas, seguras y saludables que generen bienestar y aseguren la longevidad de las personas involucradas en los procesos productivos de las empresas de este ramo en la región. |
| Abstract(eng): | It is presumed the existence of considerable shortcomings that have different risks for companies and their collaborators in the construction sector in the Caldense region, regarding the application of the SG-SST. Therefore, this academic development aims to establish the viability of a company that promotes the effective solution of these inaccuracies, generating opportunities for business, economic and social growth for the actors involved. Although the objective is to consolidate a profitable company, the initial intention is to create decent, safe and healthy working conditions that generate well-being and ensure the longevity of the people involved in the productive processes of companies in this field in the region. |
