| Abstract(esp): | El presente estudio se centra en el análisis de la percepción de la cultura de seguridad del paciente en la IPS UNIPA (Unidad Indígena del pueblo AWA), Específicamente durante un periodo de tiempo comprendido entre los años 2020 II- 2021 I. En este sentido, se busco establecer la forma en que se visualizan los factores relacionados con la prevención de errores que puedan afectar negativamente la salud del paciente y que no están relacionados con la enfermedad o diagnóstico de base, sino con procedimientos o acciones mal desarrolladas, además de descuidos o incumplimiento de protocolos, en donde no solo está involucrado el personal médico sino también el de apoyo o asistencial. |
| Abstract(eng): | This study focuses on the analysis of the perception of the culture of patient safety in the IPS UNIPA (Indigenous Unit of the AWA people), Specifically during a period of time between the years 2020 II- 2021 I. In this sense, we seek to establish the way in which the factors related to the prevention of errors that may negatively affect the health of the patient and that are not related are viewed. with the underlying disease or diagnosis, but with poorly developed procedures or actions, in addition to carelessness or non-compliance with protocols, where not only medical personnel are involved but also support or assistance personnel. |
