| Abstract(esp): | El presente trabajo investigativo tuvo como objetivo evaluar la afectación de calidad por la emergencia sanitaria generada por covid 19 al servicio médico laboral y ocupacional de la IPS ASOTRANSCAL, ubicada en la ciudad de Manizales, con el fin de medir la calidad desde la oportunidad en la prestación del servicio a los usuarios, a través del análisis de las encuestas de satisfacción aplicadas durante los segundos semestres de 2019 y 2020, evaluándolas con la adaptación realizada al instrumento PECASUSS. |
| Abstract(eng): | The objective of this research work was to evaluate the impact of quality by the health emergency generated by covid 19 to the labor and occupational medical service of the IPS ASOTRANSCAL, located in the city of Manizales, in order to measure quality from the opportunity in the provision of the service to users, through the analysis of the satisfaction surveys applied during the second semesters of 2019 and 2020, evaluating them with the adaptation made to the PECASUSS instrument. |
