| Abstract(esp): | El trabajo en casa es una modalidad de trabajo que ha tenido un gran florecimiento en Colombia, impulsado por diferentes sectores empresariales y el gobierno nacional, por medio del Ministerio de las Tics y el Ministerio de Trabajo reconociendo que se puede realizar desde casa o cualquier lugar remoto, medida que ha sido muy rentable porque no limita a la persona a un solo espacio de oficina o lugar de trabajo, pero que ha traído nuevos retos y dificultades vistas desde el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. |
