| Abstract(esp): | Esta monografía muestra una problemática clara que se presenta en el Municipio de Villamaría, la cual se ve reflejada principalmente en el sector de la construcción por el acelerado crecimiento que se está presentando y el desacelerado proceso que se da en la aprobación de licencias en conjunto con la disponibilidad de servicios públicos por no contar con la capacidad para satisfacer dicho crecimiento.
