Abstract(esp): | El síndrome de burnout afecta alrededor del 50% del personal médico, en época de pandemia por COVID 19 esta cifra se elevado dado que esta fuerza laboral está en primera línea. Una de las alternativas para darle continuidad a la atención y seguridad del personal fue la atención no presencial o teleconsulta, el propósito de este estudio se enfoca en la relación de los médicos con su modalidad de trabajo y como este impacta en el riesgo de padecer burnout enfocados en la región dados los pocos estudios con los que se cuentan a nivel local y nacional |
Abstract(eng): | Burnout syndrome affects around 50% of medical personnel, in times of the COVID 19 pandemic this figure is high since this workforce is on the front line. One of the alternatives to give continuity to the care and safety of the staff was non-face-to-face care or teleconsultation. The purpose of this study focuses on the relationship of doctors with their work modality and how this impacts the risk of suffering from burnout. focused on the region given the few studies available at the local and national level |
