| Abstract(esp): | El clima organizacional refiere a las condiciones que afectan el trabajo que es percibido por el talento humano de una organización. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue determinar la percepción que tiene el talento humano de la E.S.E. Hospital San Roque, de Teruel, Huila, acerca del clima organizacional en la institución. El estudio cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo se realizó aplicando una encuesta como instrumento de evaluación del clima organizacional en salud, a 40 empleados de la institución, con un total de 50 preguntas que midieron tres dimensiones: comportamiento organizacional, estructura organizacional y estilos de dirección. Se encontró que, en términos generales, hay un adecuado clima organizacional. |
| Abstract(eng): | The organizational climate refers to the conditions that affect the work that is perceived by the human talent of an organization. The objective of this research work was to determine the perception of the human talent of the E.S.E. Hospital San Roque, Teruel, Huila, about the organizational climate in the institution. The descriptive quantitative study was carried out by applying a survey as an evaluation instrument of the organizational climate in health, to 40 employees of the institution, with a total of 50 questions that measured three dimensions: organizational behavior, organizational structure and management styles. It was found that, in general terms, there is an adequate organizational climate. |
