| Abstract(esp): | La fundación inició su funcionamiento a mediados del año 2021; se inició con un programa llamado Semillas de cambio beneficiando a un grupo de 30 niños y jóvenes con la finalidad de enseñarles inglés; No obstante, esta actividad se hizo desde la informalidad, pues la fundación Soñar es de todos no está legalmente constituida. Al preguntar a la fundadora por este asunto, menciona que quien la estaba asesorando en este aspecto, no le está brindando un buen acompañamiento. Por lo tanto, no ha reunido los documentos necesarios; por ejemplo, los estatutos, para hacer el trámite. Además, considera muy complejo el proceso de creación.
