dc.description.abstract | Uno de los principales motivos para la producción de Aguacate Hass es su gran valor nutricional y energético que causa en la salud de las personas, ya que el aguacate es considerado un superalimento debido a sus cualidades, posee alrededor de 80% de ácidos grasos monoinsaturados, 13% de ácidos grasos poliinsaturados y 16% de ácidos grasos saturados. (Davenport., 2013) Esta fruta es utilizada para preparar diferentes platillos por la ventaja de consumirse crudo, la pulpa es utilizada en remedios caseros para mejorar la visión, problemas intestinales, úlceras bucales y estéticamente para tratar las estrías, el cabello y la piel seca, eliminar la caspa, entre otros.
