| Abstract(esp): | La seguridad del paciente ha sido un problema a nivel mundial en el ámbito de la salud, este tema empezó a marcar importancia por la serie de eventos o circunstancia que afectaba la salud de los pacientes, si bien es cierto que se proporciona un tratamiento eficiente a la patología de ingreso, en muchas ocasiones los pacientes terminaban con afecciones a causa de la prestación de servicios de salud, razón por la cual la implementación de la política de seguridad del paciente demuestra el compromiso institucional para la prevención y mitigación de eventos adversos. |
