| Abstract(esp): | En el presente proyecto se aborda la necesidad de reconocer y vigilar la salud de los colaboradores de una empresa del sector eléctrico de la ciudad de Manizales, a través del diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, con el cual se pretende que la empresa y sus colaboradores, en conjunto, desarrollen las acciones necesarias para garantizar la seguridad y salud en el ámbito laboral y que a su vez se haga un análisis de riesgos y peligros, en sitio, que nos den una base para ejecutar actividades más eficaces en pro del mejoramiento continuo. |
