| Abstract(esp): | A lo largo de la historia los riesgos psicosociales se han convertido en un tema relevante y reconocido socialmente y está relacionada estrechamente con la actividad laboral, por lo cual es importante identificar la fatiga laboral; ya que se define como la pérdida temporal de la capacidad para ejecutar un trabajo como efecto de realizar la labor de manera prolongada, por lo tanto la capacidad para trabajar puede recuperarse al buscar un descanso psicofisiológico, aún es importante tener en cuenta que la sensación de cansancio provocada por la fatiga genera una disminución de la eficacia afectando el rendimiento laboral y la salud, esta se diferencia del estrés laboral; ya que la fatiga realiza una reacción neuropsiquiatría que le permite al individuo adaptarse y esta se presenta de manera física y mental. (Useche.1992). |
| Abstract(eng): | Throughout history, psychosocial risks have become a relevant and socially recognized issue and is closely related to work activity, which is why it is important to identify work fatigue; since it is defined as the temporary loss of the ability to perform a job as an effect of carrying out the work for a long time, therefore the ability to work can be recovered when seeking a psychophysiological rest, it is still important to take into account that the feeling of Tiredness caused by fatigue generates a decrease in efficiency affecting work performance and health, this differs from work stress; Since fatigue performs a neuropsychiatric reaction that allows the individual to adapt and this occurs physically and mentally. (Useche. 1992). |
