| Abstract(esp): | El emprendimiento planteado por nuestro equipo de trabajo, sobre el diseño e implementación de la Tarjeta MULTIBENEFICIOS, surge con el objeto de suplir la necesidad a los habitantes de Palmira (Valle) y sus alrededores, después de realizar un análisis de la problemática, por la cual está atravesando el sector salud en Colombia y básicamente enfocados en los tiempos de espera, los cuales varían según el régimen que presente el usuario para la asignación de citas con especialistas, este tiempo puede tardar meses o días, según la ley 019 de 2012 el artículo 124, señala que: la idea de la tarjeta multibeneficios surge de la necesidad de los usuarios de la IPS. |
| Abstract(eng): | The undertaking proposed by our work team, on the design and implementation of the MULTIBENEFICIOS Card, arises in order to supply the need to the inhabitants of Palmira (Valle) and its surroundings, after carrying out an analysis of the problem, through which the health sector is going through in Colombia and basically focused on waiting times, which vary according to the regime that presents the user to assign appointments with specialists, this time may take months or days, according to law 019 of 2012 article 124, states that: the idea of the multi-benefit card arises from the need of the users of the IPS. |
