| Abstract(esp): | En el Sistema de Salud colombiano, se cuenta con cinco actores los cuales interactúan entre sí para garantizar la prestación de servicios en salud a la población en el territorio nacional; el Ministerio de Salud y protección Social, es el rector y director del SGSSS, mediante la formulación de políticas y la coordinación intersectorial, la Superintendencia en Salud es la responsable de proteger los derechos de los usuarios en salud, realiza acciones de inspección, vigilancia y control, las Secretarias de Salud, garantizan la prestación de los servicios de salud, de manera oportuna, eficiente y con calidad a la población de su territorio también realizan acciones de inspección, vigilancia y control de factores de riesgo del ambiente que afectan la salud, las EPS, administran el riesgo en salud de sus afiliados a través del Plan Obligatorio de Salud - POS- en promoción de la salud y prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación y los Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, brindan servicios de salud a los usuarios, incluyen profesionales independientes de salud y los servicios de transporte especial de pacientes. |
| Abstract(eng): | In the Colombian Health System, there are five actors who interact with each other to guarantee the provision of health services to the population in the national territory; the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, is the rector and director of the SGSSS, through the formulation of policies and intersectoral coordination, the Health Superintendency is responsible for protecting the rights of health users, carries out inspection, surveillance and control, the Secretaries of Health, guarantee the provision of health services, in a timely, efficient and quality manner to the population of their territory, they also carry out actions of inspection, surveillance and control of environmental risk factors that affect health, the EPS, manage the health risk of their members through the Obligatory Health Plan -POS- in health promotion and prevention, treatment and rehabilitation and the Health Service Providers, provide health services to users, including professionals independent health services and special patient transport services. |
