| Abstract(esp): | En el presente trabajo se establece el Diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo para la empresa Estética Saludable, en donde se pretende dar cumplimiento a la legislación vigente del Decreto 1072 de 2015, que obliga a las empresas grandes o pequeñas a cumplir con los requisitos exigidos por la normatividad colombiana. De acuerdo a ello, se realiza revisión de la Resolución 0312 de 2019 identificando el cumplimiento de los Estándares Mínimos del SG-SST, se estable el plan de mejora y se identifican los peligros y riesgos a los que se ven expuestos los empleados. |
| Abstract(eng): | In the present work, the Design of the Safety and Health Management System at work for the company Estética Saludable is established, where it is intended to comply with the current legislation of Decree 1072 of 2015, which obliges large companies or small to meet the requirements of Colombian regulations. Accordingly, a review of Resolution 0312 of 2019 is carried out, identifying compliance with the SG-SST Minimum Standards, the improvement plan is established and the hazards and risks to which employees are exposed are identified. |
