| Abstract(esp): | El contexto de la investigación se establece por la declaratoria del Paisaje Cultural Cafetero Colombiano PCC como Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en el año 2012, sobre un territorio compuesto por los departamentos de Caldas, Risaralda, Quindío y Valle del Cauca; donde se identifican las dinámicas del turismo patrimonial como aportes a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible ODS y se analiza el cumplimiento de las Normas Técnicas Sectoriales NTS existentes para los Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos PST que se encuentran en el municipio, para establecer una relación entre la calidad de los servicios turísticos ofrecidos y el desarrollo local del patrimonio. |
| Abstract(eng): | The context of the research is established by the declaration of the PCC Colombian Coffee Cultural Landscape as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2012, over a territory made up of the departments of Caldas, Risaralda, Quindío and Valle del Cauca; where the dynamics of heritage tourism are identified as contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals ODS and the compliance with the existing NTS Sectoral Technical Standards for the PST Tourist Service Providers that are in the municipality is analyzed, to establish a relationship between quality of the tourist services offered and the local development of heritage. |
