| Abstract(esp): | Actualmente el Sistema de Salud en Colombia está atravesando por momentos muy críticos de financiación y bien se podría decir que, de los más difíciles desde su creación, ya que a los actores del sistema de salud se le adeudan billones de pesos al sistema de salud, cifra que incluyen las deudas a las diferentes EPS intervenidas y liquidadas, además de los entes territoriales tienen cuentas por pagar a las EPS del sistema contributivo y subsidiado por un monto que asciende a más de $6,2 billones. | Abstract(eng): | Currently the Health System in Colombia is going through very critical moments of financing and it could well be said that, one of the most difficult since its creation, since the actors of the health system are owed billions of pesos to the health system, figure that includes the debts to the different EPS intervened and liquidated, in addition to the territorial entities have accounts payable to the EPS of the contributory and subsidized system for an amount that amounts to more than $6.2 billion.
