| Abstract(eng): | The present investigation is a Thesis project of the Specialization in Occupational Safety and Health of the Catholic University of Manizales, and its purpose is to theoretically identify from Occupational Health and Safety, how some factors of the work environment and Risk affect Psychosocial in Stress in the health and well-being of the collaborators of the IPS of Diagnostic Aids.
