Abstract(esp):	Trabajo investigativo en el municipio colombiano de Aranzazu que recoge información de algunos casos de estudio, sobre las adaptaciones físicas que se han realizado en casas y que responden a demandas del mercado inmobiliario. Esta monografía se concentra geográficamente en la cabecera municipal de Aranzazu, en donde están algunas casas de más de 80 años y que sufren modificaciones que difieren de la concepción inicial de vivienda tradicional de la colonización antioqueña
Abstract(eng):	Investigative work in the Colombian municipality of Aranzazu that collects information from some case studies, on the physical adjustments that have been made to the homes and that respond to demands of the real estate market. This monograph is geographically concentrated in the municipal seat of Aranzazu, where there are some houses that are more than 80 years old and that undergo modifications that differ from the initial conception of traditional housing of the Antioquia colonization
