Abstract(esp):	En la ejecución diaria de la ruta administrativa de la Liga contra el Cáncer Risaralda, se ha encontrado que con frecuencia se presentan ineficiencias y reprocesos en el flujo de la cuenta médica y que se percibe lento comparado con los resultados que espera la dirección de la empresa. Se propone entonces la utilización de una metodología que permita realizar diagnóstico de la situación actual del proceso, señalando las variables más críticas sobre las cuales se pueda desarrollar un plan de mejora como objetivo principal de este proyecto de implementación y que intervenga en la articulación de todas las áreas involucradas, optimizando así el tiempo de radicación de la cuenta médica.
Abstract(eng):	In the daily execution of the administrative route of the Risaralda Cancer League, it has been found that there are frequently inefficiencies and reprocessing in the flow of the medical bill and that it is perceived as slow compared to the results expected by the company's management. . The use of a methodology that allows a diagnosis of the current situation of the process is then proposed, pointing out the most critical variables on which an improvement plan can be developed as the main objective of this implementation project and that intervenes in the articulation of all the areas involved, thus optimizing the filing time of the medical bill
