| Abstract(esp): | Con el presente análisis de mercado se pretende recopilar información suficiente que permita determinar la viabilidad de crecimiento del consultorio odontológico Arte Dental y reconocer cuáles son los servicios odontológicos que satisfacen las necesidades de sus actuales y potenciales pacientes. Se tomarán referentes de la región para identificar la demanda potencial y el perfil de posibles pacientes para el consultorio. Se buscará determinar la causa y posteriormente plantear una propuesta para disminuir la deserción de los actuales pacientes durante los tratamientos odontológicos, esto permitirá un aumento en la fidelización al mismo, generando beneficios a la comunidad del municipio de Lebrija-Santander |
| Abstract(eng): | With this market analysis, it is intended to collect sufficient information to determine the viability of growth of the Arte Dental dental office and to recognize which dental services meet the needs of its current and potential patients. Referents from the region will be taken to identify the potential demand and the profile of possible patients for the office. It will seek to determine the cause and later propose a proposal to reduce the desertion of current patients during dental treatments, this will allow an increase in loyalty to it, generating benefits to the community of the municipality of Lebrija-Santander |
