Abstract(esp):	Al realizar el Diagnóstico para la actualización del sistema de gestión de calidad de Servicios Especializados de Anestesia y Reanimación - Sedar se estaría cubriendo la necesidad que tiene la agremiación de contar con un sistema de Gestión actual que se ajuste a la realidad de la agremiación, y a la Norma vigente ISO 9001:2015. Al realizar el diagnóstico se identifican los procesos o procedimientos a cambiar, quitar o modificar, y cuales aún están vigentes
Abstract(eng):	When carrying out the Diagnosis for the update of the quality management system of Specialized Anesthesia and Resuscitation Services - Sedar, the need of the union to have a current Management system that adjusts to the reality of the union, and to the current Standard ISO 9001:2015. When carrying out the diagnosis, the processes or procedures to be changed, removed or modified are identified, and which are still in force
