| Abstract(esp): | El presente proyecto de desarrollo denominado “Estrategia gerencial para el fortalecimiento del proceso de diseño y desarrollo curricular del centro de estudios integrales “Impact Institute” en Miranda, Cauca” está dirigido a hacer un pequeño aporte en la mejora del proceso de diseño y desarrollo curricular de Impact Institute, su objetivo se centra en el diseño y propuesta de una estrategia gerencial que permita mejorar dicho proceso, y alineación de los procesos del currículo; para el presente proyecto, se adoptan elementos de la metodología basada en el ciclo PHVA (planificar, hacer, verificar y actuar), resaltando una matriz de riesgo para medir la viabilidad y tiempos de desarrollo del mismo, y así poder obtener resultados más eficientes |
