dc.description.abstract | El concepto de cultura escolar ha tenido modificaciones y variaciones relativas, dada la relación disciplinar y teórica que presente. Autores como: Bower (1966), Argyris (1976), Schein (1985) y Hargreaves (1996) y Deal y Peterson (2009 han contribuido desde distintas perspectivas a su discusión, presentando asociaciones epistemológicas a sus particulares intereses de investigación. No obstante, dichos autores tienen han interpretado la cultura escolar como el comportamiento simultaneo que presenta un grupo de personas, configurando las relaciones con el entorno escolar Elías (2015). | spa |
