| Abstract(esp): | La entidad RX Seno Diagnóstico busca prestar un servicio de salud confiable y con calidad para la población de Pasto, con una mejora continua de sus procesos de atención, garantizando la entrega de diagnósticos oportunos, con la mejor tecnología, seguridad y humanización del servicio.1 Es por esto que esta investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la percepción de la calidad del cliente externo en la atención recibida en el servicio de radiografías en el periodo de agosto a octubre del año 2022. La metodología desarrollada tuvo un abordaje cuantitativo, descriptivo, observacional y de corte transversal; la recopilación de datos se dio por medio de llamadas telefónicas con el instrumento validado SERVQUAL. |
| Abstract(eng): | The RX Seno Diagnóstico entity seeks to provide a reliable and quality health service for the population of Pasto, with a continuous improvement of its care processes, guaranteeing the delivery of timely diagnoses, with the best technology, security and humanization of the service.1 That is why this research aimed to determine the perception of the quality of the external client in the care received in the radiography service in the period from August to October of the year 2022. The methodology developed had a quantitative, descriptive, observational and cross section; Data collection was done through telephone calls with the validated SERVQUAL instrument. |
