| Abstract(esp): | El objetivo general de esta investigación fue identificar la Cultura de Seguridad del Paciente a nivel del personal administrativo y asistencial de una institución de la cuidad de pasto, se utilizó una metodología de tipo observacional, cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal. Para la recolección de información se empleó el instrumento validado para evaluación de la cultura de seguridad de paciente: Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPS), de la Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) adaptado al castellano, y se tomó como objeto de estudio la población de la IPS, correspondiente a 135 personas con una muestra de 69 personas, aplicando el instrumento a 65 participantes, dando aplicabilidad a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. |
| Abstract(eng): | The general objective of this research was to identify the Safety Culture of the Patient at the level of the administrative and care staff of an institution in the city of Pasto, an observational, quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional methodology was used. For the collection of information, the validated instrument for the evaluation of patient safety culture was used: Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPS), from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) adapted to Spanish, and it was taken as the object The study population of the IPS, corresponding to 135 people with a sample of 69 people, applying the instrument to 65 participants, giving applicability to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. |
