| Abstract(esp): | El tema de humanización en los servicios de salud ha cobrado importancia en la actualidad, pues la atención de los pacientes debe tener un enfoque dirigido a respetar la dignidad humana, al tiempo que reciben un trato con calidad y oportunidad. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la percepción sobre la atención humanizada de pacientes o cuidadores con servicio de enfermería en la IPS Todomed de atención domiciliaria en la ciudad de Palmira en el año 2022. Esta investigación correspondió a un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. |
| Abstract(eng): | The issue of humanization in health services has gained importance today, since patient care must have an approach aimed at respecting human dignity, while receiving treatment with quality and opportunity. The objective of this research was to determine the perception of the humanized care of patients or caregivers with nursing service in the IPS Todomed of home care in the city of Palmira in the year 2022. This research corresponded to a study with a quantitative approach of a descriptive type and cross section. |
