| Abstract(esp): | Objetivo: Diseñar un plan de intervención para disminuir el ausentismo en el síndrome de túnel del carpo en los trabajadores del área de confección en industria Printex.Materiales y método:Se realizó un estudio descriptivo cuantitativo, retrospectivo, en donde participaron 187 trabajadores en el área de confección en el cargo de operarios de confección, la muestra se obtuvo de la base de datos de trabajadores con síndrome del túnel del carpo dada por talento humano de la industria Printex. Resultados: De los trabajadores que participaron se encontró que el rango de edad de mayor predominio oscila entre 39 – 43 años, 159 son mujeres y 28 hombres, se halló que en el año se presentó 134 días de ausencia diagnosticada con síndrome del túnel en el área de confección. |
| Abstract(eng): | Objective: Design an intervention plan to reduce absenteeism in carpal tunnel syndrome in workers in the manufacturing area of the Printex industry. Materials and method: A retrospective, quantitative, descriptive study was carried out, in which 187 workers in the area participated. of clothing in the position of clothing operators, the sample was obtained from the database of workers with carpal tunnel syndrome given by human talent from the Printex industry. Results: Of the workers who participated, it was found that the age range with the highest prevalence ranges from 39 - 43 years, 159 are women and 28 men, it was found that in the year there were 134 days of absence diagnosed with tunnel syndrome in the manufacturing area. |
