| Abstract(esp): | La pandemia por COVID-19 se ha convertido en un enorme reto para la salud pública debido a que ha afectado a la población en general, uno de los grupos más afectados es el gremio de la salud tanto a nivel social, laboral como psicológica generando problemas de salud mental, uno de los efectos que podemos observar entre los trabajadores de salud es el síndrome de burnout. En este estudio se revisa la afectación de este síndrome en el personal de salud del área de cirugía del HUSJ de Popayán y se proponen estrategias para mitigar o disminuir su ocurrencia. |
| Abstract(eng): | The COVID-19 pandemic has become a huge challenge for public health because it has affected the general population, one of the most affected groups is the health union, both at a social, occupational and psychological level, generating problems In mental health, one of the effects that we can observe among health workers is the burnout syndrome. In this study, the affectation of this syndrome in the health personnel of the surgery area of the HUSJ of Popayán is reviewed and strategies are proposed to mitigate or reduce its occurrence. |
