| Abstract(esp): | En el presente proyecto se presenta un diseño para SES HUC de una arquitectura de BI que le permitirá dar seguimiento a un contrato, mitigando el riesgo teniendo en cuenta el modelo de contratación Pago Global Prospectivo (PGP), modelo que viene tomando fuerza e importancia en el sector de la prestación de los servicios de salud, por su aplicabilidad en el óptimo funcionamiento del Sistema de Salud, sin embargo existe un riesgo latente en SES HUC al adoptar este modelo de contratación, en donde la falta de seguimiento y control al desarrollo de estos contratos puede impactar negativamente a su sostenibilidad financiera. |
| Abstract(eng): | This project presents a design for SES HUC of a BI architecture that will allow it to monitor a contract, mitigating the risk taking into account the Prospective Global Payment (PGP) contracting model, a model that has been gaining strength and importance in the sector of the provision of health services, due to its applicability in the optimal functioning of the Health System, however there is a latent risk in SES HUC when adopting this contracting model, where the lack of monitoring and control of the development of these contracts may negatively impact its financial sustainability. |
