| spa |

dc.description.abstracteng | Is it necessary for brands to attract attention in one way or another? The answer is yes; For decades the brands have worked their area of distribution and marketing, and have communicated in multiple ways seeking to attract attention, investigating how from different angles to be able to give by all means (and this is literal), make known the attributes and benefits that the products they represent carry with them, for this, they have resorted to all kinds of communication from a voice to voice (wom), to a BTL activation, a digital announcement and the ability of social networks to be known, preferred and remembered above of many brands that undoubtedly represent the same attributes in any category. | spa |
