| Abstract(esp): | Teniendo en cuenta que el síndrome de Burnout afecta directamente sobre el buen rendimiento laboral, podemos incluir de la misma forma la relación del SB con el clima laboral, ambos, se constituyen como componentes en el comportamiento cotidiano de los profesionales de salud, dado que uno influye directamente sobre el otro y condicionan diferentes situaciones o relaciones en el ámbito laboral, afectan de manera significativa la institución y su vida propia. |
| Abstract(eng): | Taking into account that burnout syndrome directly affects the good work performance, we can also include the relationship between SB and the work environment, both of which constitute components in the daily behavior of health professionals, given that one directly influences the other and condition different situations or relationships in the workplace, significantly affect the institution and your own life. |
