| Abstract(esp): | La investigación se justifica por la importancia que reviste para las instituciones prestadoras de los servicios de salud el adecuado manejo de las actividades financieras claves de la cadena de valor que incorporan desde la admisión del usuario o paciente hasta el recaudo de los ingresos facturados y prestados anticipadamente por la IPS. Para los estudiantes de la especialización en Administración de la salud es de vital importancia abordar estos temas de carácter administrativo que afectan el funcionamiento del sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud que demanda de los usuarios, no solamente mayor cobertura, sino mayores eficiencias, oportunidad en la atención, pertinencia y calidad del servicio como respuesta a las contribuciones realizadas a través de los portes que ingresan al sistema como cotizaciones. |
| Abstract(eng): | The research is justified by the importance for health service-providing institutions of the proper management of the key financial activities of the value chain that they incorporate from the admission of the user or patient to the collection of revenues billed and provided in advance. by the IPS. For students specializing in Health Administration, it is of vital importance to address these administrative issues that affect the functioning of the Social Security Health system that demands from users, not only greater coverage, but greater efficiencies, opportunity in attention, relevance and quality of service in respons e to the contributions made through contributions that enter the system as contributions. |
