| Abstract(esp): | Este trabajo se basa en los principios orientadores de la gestión del riesgo, el desarrollo Urbano y el ordenamiento territorial en Colombia. Se analizan los factores actuales que contribuyen a la vulnerabilidad física ante la amenaza sísmica del municipio de Neira, ubicado en la región centro-sur del Departamento de Caldas. Además, se compara el cumplimiento de la normatividad actual relacionada con la gestión del riesgo, el ordenamiento territorial, el desarrollo urbano y las construcciones sismorresistentes con el estado del arte del desarrollo urbano en el área de interés. |
| Abstract(eng): | This work is based on the guiding principles of risk management, Urban development and territorial planning in Colombia. The current factors that contribute to the physical vulnerability to the seismic threat of the municipality of Neira, located in the central-southern region of the Department of Caldas, are analyzed. In addition, compliance with current regulations related to risk management, territorial planning, urban development and earthquake-resistant constructions is compared with the state of the art of urban development in the area of interest. |
