| Abstract(esp): | La amenaza por remoción en masa representa uno de los principales factores y desafíos que inciden en el desarrollo territorial. Por esta razón, comprender y analizar estas amenazas se vuelve crucial para prevenir posibles pérdidas en el futuro. La interacción entre los aspectos físicos y sociales de la ocupación del territorio, junto con la experiencia tanto de autoridades locales y de los residentes de las áreas afectadas, proporciona los recursos esenciales para identificar y priorizar las zonas catalogadas en riesgo alto, medio o bajo de remoción en masa. Esta sinergia de conocimientos y percepciones permite el desarrollo de estrategias precisas y efectivas para mitigar los peligros asociados, promoviendo así la seguridad y el bienestar de las comunidades afectadas |
| Abstract(eng): | The menaces caused by mass removals, are one of the main factors that have impact over the territorial development, being reason of the analysis and caracterization of them as a fundamental tool regarding the prevention of possible loses that can occur in the future as a consequence of these mass removals. The combination of the physical and social factors from the territorial occupation, as well as the experience from the implied entities and the habitants from the territories, ease the consideration of the tools necessaries for the identification and priorization of the high, middle and low risk classified zones by mass removals. The goals of this document, is presenting an analysis of the mass removal menace map created in the parameters of territorial ordening from the municipality of Chipaque, as well, the vulnerability and risk from the infrastructure in the neighborhoods of Villa Hernández and The Center, in the urban area of the municipality, are analyzed. |
