| Abstract(esp): | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo comprender los saberes y desempeños de los maestros y maestras en el marco del modelo Escuela Nueva de la Institución Educativa Santágueda del municipio de Palestina Caldas, quienes dan significado e intención a sus prácticas en el aula construyendo sus propias narrativas frente a su quehacer, donde se identifican criterios claves en función de mejorar los procesos educativos propios del modelo y del desempeño de los estudiantes enfocados a su proyección social. |
