| Abstract(esp): | La naturaleza del ser humano está muy influenciada por las emociones, ya que manifiesta una serie de características que determinan la forma de ser y actuar de una persona. Las emociones son la carta de presentación interna del individuo, que se externaliza a través de gestos, comportamientos, actitudes y reacciones que, a su vez, están dando forma a las personas, las familias, los grupos y la sociedad en general. En el campo de estudio de esta investigación, las emociones se expresan con fuerza y muchas veces sin control, lo que hace necesario enseñar a canalizarlas para que el estudiante pueda enfocar y organizar sus ideas antes de reaccionar a cualquier circunstancia que le llegue en la vida. |
| Abstract(eng): | The nature of the human being is highly influenced by emotions, since it manifests a series of characteristics that determine the way of being and acting of a person. Emotions are the internal calling card of the individual, which is externalized through gestures, behaviors, attitudes and reactions that, in turn, are shaping individuals, families, groups and society in general. In the field of study of this research, emotions are expressed with force and many times without control, which makes it necessary to teach how to channel them so that the student can focus and organize his ideas before reacting to any circumstance that comes to him in life. |
