| Abstract(esp): | Los Hogares Comunitarios de Bienestar Agrupados son atendidos por agentes educativos (AE) comunitarios llamados madres o padres comunitarios (as), los cuales deben cumplir con un perfil que contempla haber residido en el sector donde funcione el HCB por lo menos durante un año; ser técnico profesional o normalista; tener entre 20 y 45 años de edad al momento de su ingreso a la institución; ser apto medicamente para desarrollar la labor, certificado por un médico; ser reconocido en su comunidad por su solidaridad, convivencia y valores cívicos; no presentar antecedentes judiciales ni el agente educativo, ni las personas mayores de 18 años que viven con él; tener disponibilidad de tiempo de acuerdo con la jornada de atención definida; no haber sido retirado de otros servicios de atención a la primera infancia por incumplir sus obligaciones y los lineamientos del programa. |
| Abstract(eng): | The Grouped Welfare Community Homes are attended by community educational agents (AE) called community mothers or fathers, who must comply with a profile that includes having resided in the sector where the HCB operates for at least one year; be a professional technician or normalista; be between 20 and 45 years of age at the time of admission to the institution; be medically fit to perform the work, certified by a doctor; be recognized in your community for your solidarity, coexistence and civic values; not present a judicial record, neither the educational agent, nor the people over 18 years of age who live with him; have time availability according to the defined care hours; not have been withdrawn from other early childhood care services for failing to comply with their obligations and program guidelines. |
