| Abstract(esp): | La seguridad y salud en el trabajo es fundamental hoy en día para garantizar un equilibrio entre el bienestar físico, mental y social de los trabajadores en su entorno laboral, gracias a la pandemia las empresas han venido observando la importancia para la implementación y la ejecución de actividades a favor del cuidado de los empleados y la prevención de riesgos laborales como estrategia para disminuir costos, mejorar la continuidad de los procesos, incrementar la motivación y el sentido de pertenecía que tienen los colaboradores por la organización y finalmente entre muchos otros beneficios, aumentar las oportunidades de negocio de la misma[1] Para dar desempeño a este propósito resulta fundamental el compromiso del empleador, colaboradores de la Empresa. |
| Abstract(eng): | Safety and health at work is essential today to guarantee a balance between the physical, mental and social well-being of workers in their work environment, thanks to the pandemic, companies have been observing the importance for the implementation and execution of activities in favor of the care of employees and the prevention of occupational risks as a strategy to reduce costs, improve the continuity of processes, increase motivation and the sense of belonging that employees have for the organization and finally, among many other benefits, increase its business opportunities [1] In order to carry out this purpose, the commitment of the employer, the Company's collaborators, is essential. |
